I’m talking today about what to do when you just don’t feel like showing up.
I used to think I had to feel amazing and it wasn’t until I went through some very difficult times when the last thing I felt was full of energy that I learned you can show up no matter how you’re feeling.
“I’m feeling so flat today. I’ll need at least 3 coffees before having enough energy to make any content”
Sound familiar?
It’s a common thought that when you’re showing up online you have to be super pumped, full of excitement and full of energy.
But I’m here to tell you that’s simply not sustainable. It’s impossible for us to be feeling on top of the world every single day.
All you need is a belief in and a passion for what you’re selling and your audience will find value in your content. Your audience might have just needed that one more push to purchase from you.
So keep showing up!

[10:23]: People are consuming our content and considering working with us. Keep showing up!
