There are so many decisions to work out when you’re designing your online program. Hundreds of thoughts will be flashing through your mind and it can become overwhelming to work out where to begin.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing the five key decisions you have to make when you’re creating your program. These major decisions will help you think about each aspect of your program to ensure you’re developing it with your ideal clients in mind.
Whether you’re creating a mastermind, workshop, course, or membership, these are five of the most significant choices you need to decide on before you launch. If you don’t nail down your answers to each of these, it can be difficult to grow your program and connect with your ideal audience.

[2:14]: We’re looking at the five key decisions to make when you design your online program.
[2:19]: In my upcoming Design Your Online Program Week, running live from 21st to 25th February 2022, I’m going to teach you HOW to make these decisions. Register now on the link below!
[4:24]: #1 Person. Who is the online program for? Who do you love working with?
[6:01]: For example, it may be for divorcees, mothers, or female swimmers. Get specific.
[6:43]: #2 Problem. An online program exists to solve a problem. There should be proof that people are willing to pay money to solve the problem.
[8:09]: For example, a problem may be a child that is a very fussy eater. Your online program would then be designed to solve this problem.
[8:37]: #3 Process. This is how you solve the problem. A step by step process for your students to follow.
[10:47]: #4 Parameters. To work out your parameters consider what is the duration of your program? How is it structured? How do people pay for it? Is it a monthly or annual membership?
[12:36]: #5 Price. Many people get stuck on this one. What price can you put on your program so it’s an over delivery? The value should exceed the price.
[14:13]: Design Your Online Program Week is $100. It’s five days of coaching and sharing the strategies and must-follows to creating an online program. The value far exceeds the price.
