For many of my clients, this type of fear – about what might happen when they do achieve their goals – can be just as powerful in stopping them from moving forward.

3 steps to help manage the fear of success
[11:55]: #1: Figure out what the fear is. Write it out and focus on trying to work out what the fear is.
[12:28]: #2: Fact check it. Is it a real possibility or just something in your head? Are you in control of it and what options do you have? How bad is it actually going to be?
[13:12]: #3: Face it. Is it worth it to you? Do you choose to face this fear and keep going anyway?
