Lockdowns have a significant effect on our mental health. Here in Melbourne, we’re going into our 6th lockdown and sometimes it can feel as if it’s never-ending.
I wanted to share with you some articles that I read about the impact that lockdowns have on our motivation, which may help to explain why you’re feeling the way you are. If your energy levels are low and you’re finding it hard to be productive, you are not alone. We are all on this journey together, even if we are in different boats.

[08:28]: We are all experiencing the pandemic a little bit differently. Remember that however you are experiencing it, you are valid and reach out for help if you need to.
