Meet Tina Tower: a woman who started her first business at age 20, grew it to a national franchise business, went on to sell it – after realising it actually wasn’t the business of her dreams.
Tina is now is a business coach and she helps other women to package their expertise into online courses, speaking, content, podcasting and credibility.
Now, with a small but mighty team, and more profitable business, Tina is an example of why bigger isn’t necessarily better (or happier!) and why “revenue is for vanity, profit is for sanity!”.
We explore how all of us can start scaling our businesses, including how to create systems – and why these are important, where to start when building our team, how to figure out what roles to fill and what tasks to keep to ourselves, plus the biggest lesson Tina has learnt in business so far.
We recorded this episode on the launch day of Tina’s new (and first!) book, One Life: How to Have the Life of your Dreams. So head to tinatower.com to get your hands on it.
