For these homes, we wanted to create a contemporary and sophisticated facade, which is achieved through the textured concrete-finish render, the vertical matte black metal cladding, and the custom designed dark-stained solid timber pivot door (you should feel the weight of it!). I love that you can also see the timber grains of the front door – it adds a touch of organic texture to the facade.

Our custom designed concrete steps built are a stand out feature of the front landscaping, which combined with the facade, create visual impact, street presence and a sense of arrival at the home.

We wanted to make a statement from the very start – and highlight the light and space in the home. The void, skylights and extra high ceilings really achieve this! The flooring is the ‘Aspen Grey’ from Carpet Court’s Natures Oak range.
