Many new business owners are too passive in this process.
And we can diagnose this by asking just one question:
Are clients actively coming to you?
I.e. Are people reaching out to work with you and then paying you to help them?
If your answer is “no” to this question, then there’s just one thing you need to focus on: you need to go directly to clients.
You do not WAIT for clients to come to you: you need to be active in attracting clients.
